RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
We have helped more than 20 founder teams spin out their IP from Universities, set up new companies, get founders and shareholders agreements in place and commercialise their technologies, including with commercial contracts, employee equity plans and capital raising.
Since 2020 we have advised companies on more than 25 capital raising rounds, including with Australian and offshore venture capital investors, through the issue of SAFE notes, convertible notes, ordinary shares and preference shares.
We advise many software and technology companies on a range of commercial contracts: customer and supplier contracts, software licensing, SaaS platforms, IT services, reseller agreements etc. Our team has collectively more than 35 years’ experience in drafting and negotiating contracts.
