Our lawyers have 35 years’ real-world experience in start ups and scale ups – in commercialising technology and structuring, drafting and negotiating contracts with global partners and customers, as well as capital raising, trade sales and IPOs.
We focus on what we do best – technology and intellectual property, a whole range of commercial contracts, capital raising, M&A and corporate law. When it’s needed, we help our clients get advice from other specialists, with focus, control and efficiency.
Our Alliance service covers all your business as usual legal requirements for a monthly subscription fee, with fixed prices for other projects.

ANDREW NEILSON
Andrew has 25 years’ legal and commercial experience including as a commercial litigator with one of Australia’s largest law firms, Asia-Pacific in-house counsel for NYSE-listed global IT firms, and general counsel & company secretary for Australian technology companies listed on ASX and London AIM markets. He has worked in senior non-legal management roles with real world experience in commercialising technology and structuring, drafting and negotiating contracts with global partners and customers, as well as capital raising, investor & public relations, corporate governance and private company M&A.
Andrew has a Bachelor of Law (Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He loves good food and wine, reading too much American political history, cheering on the Richmond Tigers and playing his collection of vinyl records which he has lugged from house to house since the late 80s.

ASH ROZARIO
Ash is a technology and commercial lawyer with more than 14 years’ experience gained from private practice and in-house roles. Ash has significant experience in drafting and negotiating agreements for the commercialisation and purchase of technology solutions and in general commercial law across a range of industries including fintech, equipment finance, IT/technology and cybersecurity, manufacturing, education, professional services, automotive and government. Ash was previously the lead lawyer for cloud and software transactions in Australia and New Zealand at IBM, and a transactional lawyer at Dimension Data (now NTT). Ash appreciates the commercial side of each transaction she undertakes, having prior in-house experience, experience in a non-legal commercial management role and through a variety of business consulting engagements focused on improving process, risk or efficiency outcomes for business transactions.
In addition to her Bachelor of Laws (Hons.), Ash holds a Master of Laws and a degree in computer science from the University of Melbourne. Away from work, Ash likes running, cooking and learning languages.

ROXIE ADAM
Roxie has over 5 years commercial and corporate legal experience with a particular focus on software and technology businesses. Her experience includes reviewing and drafting commercial contracts for software solutions, private M&A transactions and capital raising. She has also helped many businesses with their corporate compliance, acting as company secretary for multiple Australian companies including a charity registered with the ACNC.
Roxie has a Bachelor of Laws from La Trobe University and a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University and outside work loves to see live music, play netball and watch her beloved Hawks in the AFL.

YEE TRAN
Yee has been an integral part of Elevate Legal since 2016 providing administrative support to the firm. She has over 20 years of administrative and operational experience across various industries including banking, telecommunication, technology, and legal services. Yee is responsible for providing essential administrative and systems support, ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations. With a Bachelor of Business in Information Systems, Yee’s proactive and highly organised approach has been instrumental in helping us provide great client support.
In addition to her Executive Assistant role, Yee has a passion for creative pursuits beyond the office walls and finds joy in crafting unique and personalised items using her Cricut machine.

DANIELLE BRYAN
Dani has worked in the financial, health, design and now legal sectors for the past 20 years. Her passion for health and fitness led her to create her own business Run Like A Girl Australia in 2017.
Dani has spent her time with Commonwealth Bank, Iress Technology and Be Well Allied Health to mention a few. Her curiosity to link technology and design to other sectors has given her the skills to create digital assets to support those businesses.
At Elevate, Dani integrates all of that experience when supporting client related work and providing the team with administrative and technical support along with her cheery disposition.

MIKAYLA WATSON
Mikki is studying Law (Honours) / Arts at Monash University, with a major in history. She also speaks intermediate French, German and beginner Spanish. She is driven by a curiosity to diversify her skillset and professional development, with experience in a variety of roles in hospitality, retail, education and supervisor positions in the gaming industry.
Beyond the classroom, Mikki has been involved in a wide range of volunteering roles with Lord Somers Camp and Power House and has worked with non-profit organisations including The Mirabel Foundation and Very Special Kids. She has experience in team-management roles within these organisations and externally, including in the Australian Army Cadets.
Outside work, Mikki loves to stay active with friends, including playing AFLW, touch football, beach volleyball, as well as camping, hiking and seeing as much live music as possible. Mikki is inspired by the possibility of using her legal education and experience to make a meaningful impact around the world, whilst also fulfilling her love for travel and learning foreign languages.
